The guitar delivery was fast and no damages to the guitar. The guitar came with the bag case and all of the things that is written in the description. Its a well made guitar and it sounds good. There is no cons. Its good for a beginner. This is my first guitar and i love it becasue it black and the sound quality is good. The steel strings make the sound louder then lynon strings. I recommend people to buy this guitar because it cheap but it is also a good quality. In order to tune it you will need a tuner.The strings are really resistable they have not broken. My sister had bought another guitar in other place but in the first time she used it a string ripped and it sounded horrible. These is a good guitar.

Comes with everything listed on the item description. The guitar strap is a pain to use, they could of included the strap adapters so you don't have to tie a knot. The guitar shipped with a few scratches, paint flaws, imperfect placement of glued parts, but they will not prevent/hinder you from learning or playing. Also be sure to tune it properly before you start using it.

My son was wanting to learn how to play the guitar so we were looking for something affordable that came with everything he would need. This guitar fit the bill, it was very reasonable in price, and it came with a case, pick and extra strings. My son is enjoying it and we have not had any problems with it.
